Aldous Huxley (1894–1963) was an English writer best known for his dystopian novel Brave New World. He was a humanist, pacifist, and satirist whose work profoundly influenced the 20th century. His most famous works include the novels Brave New World and The Doors of Perception, and the non-fiction work The Art of Seeing.
