Audrey Wood is an American author and illustrator of children's books. She has written over 50 books, many of which have won awards, and has illustrated many more. Her books often feature imaginative and humorous stories, often with a strong moral theme. Her best-known works include The Napping House and King Bidgood's in the Bathtub.
