Emily Jenkins is an American writer and illustrator of books for children and young adults. She has written and/or illustrated over fifty books, including the popular Toys Go Out, The Fancy Party series, and the New York Times bestsellers, A Fine Dessert and Lemonade in Winter. Her books have been awarded many honors, including a Caldecott Honor, a New York Times Best Illustrated Book of the Year, and a Boston Globe-Horn Book Honor.
