Leopoldo Gout

Leopoldo Gout was a Mexican journalist, writer, and editor. He is best known for his work in the literary magazine El Universal Ilustrado, which he founded in 1888. Gout was a prolific writer, and his works covered topics such as politics, literature, and history. He is also credited with helping to establish the modern Mexican literary movement known as the "Generation of '98".
