R. S. Belcher is an American author of science fiction, fantasy, and horror. He is best known for his novels The Six-Gun Tarot, The Shotgun Arcana, and The Queen of Swords. He has also written for comic books such as Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and has had short stories published in a variety of magazines and anthologies.
