Serena Burdick is an American author of fiction and non-fiction books. Her works include the novels The Last Year of the War, The Darkest Evening of the Year, and The Women of Chateau Lafayette. She is also a contributor to The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Atlantic. Burdick has a master's degree in creative writing from Columbia University.
