These three older opening books, cover an aggressive attacking line against the Sicilian defense; a general openings survey; and the Tarrasch defense to the Queen’s gambit declined. They show some soiling to the covers and some minor folds to the pages due to improper storage but the bindings are intact, and there is no marginalia. The Mason book does show some soiling and warping of the pages due to a food stain in the lower right corner. I have listed the overall condition as fair, but individually, the Sicilian defense book is in good condition, the Tarrasch fair and the Mason poor. My original cost many years ago was $1.95 for the Mason, $1.20 for the Tarrasch and about three dollars for the Sicilian. Where else can you get three chess books for only three dollars?
