Here we have an antique 1911 printing of Little Women (or, Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy) by Louisa May Alcott. This Complete Authorized Edition was published by A. L Burt Company, in New York, and features full page illustrated plates by Alice Barber Stephens. There is significant edge wear on the cover, with the cloth being worn completely though at the hinges and near the corners. The edges of the cloth have been stabilized with archival glue to minimize any further fraying. The binding is still stable and strong, and the book reads fairly confidently. The pages have significant toning, as you might expect from a book over 100 years old. There are no rips, creases, or markings inside the text block.
